How Can I Get a POS Device?

To request a POS device, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Fund your Nomba account.
2. Go to the ‘More’ section on the Nomba app.
3. Click on ‘Request Terminal’.
4. Select your preferred POS terminal from the available options.
5. Fill in the required address and delivery details.
6. Read and agree to the Terms of Lease.
7. Confirm and proceed.

Once payment is completed, delivery takes 24–48 working hours. You may also pick up at any Nomba office location.
